					<title>Day #1 at Sacred Cat Studio!</title>
					<link>http://hellotrouble.com/blog.cfm?feature=2106930&amp;postid=1152411</link>
					<description>

Day #1 was fantastic at Sacred Cat Studio!&amp;nbsp;

Nathan James was at the helm (along with assistant, Kevin Spencer) to help us create some killer songs!

Susanna was a little late for the noon start time because she was busy creating a snack table (gluten free and organic for this band) for the session (&amp;quot;How do I always fall into the typical gender role?!&amp;quot; Yeesh...&amp;quot;), but once we got started, the music was on fire! We laid down EiGHT tracks in about 8 hours.&amp;nbsp; Not too bad for a day&apos;s work...

We are excited to get Day #2 started!

Today we have special guest, Daniel Blank, a world class violin/fiddle player who will be playing some licks on &amp;quot;I Hate You/I Love You&amp;quot;.

It&apos;s gonna be another epic day at &amp;quot;The Cat&amp;quot;, so we&apos;re gonna get things rollin&apos; now!

Yee-haw!

					<title>Good Times at The Dive!</title>
					<link>http://hellotrouble.com/blog.cfm?feature=2106930&amp;postid=829079</link>
					<description>

Hi-ya, folks!

Hello Trouble had another great night at The Royal Dive in Oceanside!&amp;nbsp; The place was packed and we were gettin&apos; our honky tonk groove on.

We had a lot of familiar faces, and some new ones as well, and it seemed everyone had a good time!&amp;nbsp; The place was steamy hot, but it seemed to add to the vibe of the night.

At the end of our last song (&amp;quot;Hey Little Dreamboat&amp;quot;), I was using my fist to hit the cymbal and I didn&apos;t realize there were little nail heads on it.&amp;nbsp; Needless to say, I scraped up the outside of hand hand pretty good and started bleeding!&amp;nbsp; Well it didn&apos;t hurt, but I didn&apos;t want to get any blood on my dress, so Bryan Snyder quickly got me a bandage and saved my dress.&amp;nbsp; What a guy!

When we finished playing, The Honky&apos;s came up and played a set.&amp;nbsp; What a cool bunch of cats!&amp;nbsp; Man, they really have that Bakersfield style going on! Be sure to look them up!

That&apos;s all for now...

See ya this week at Villain&apos;s in LA or Elks Lodge in Oceanside!

					<title>Hello Trouble finds Villains!</title>
					<link>http://hellotrouble.com/blog.cfm?feature=2106930&amp;postid=753804</link>
					<description>&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;

Hi-ya, folks!

Wowee!&amp;nbsp; We sure did have a great time at Villains Tavern in Los Angeles!

It all started with a fancy little RV that Kevin managed to commandeer from a friend of his. Yes, Hello Trouble rolled to this gig in style! Most of us did, anyway... Poor Jeff had to drive his own car since he lives in Ontario, but the rest of us (Kevin, Troy, Bryan Snyder, Milton Pitts and myself) got to live the dream in the RV!
It&apos;s a bumpy ride in the back, but driving to Los Angeles stretched out on a leather couch is DEFINITELY the way to go! Milton Pitts came along to take photos for us (see above) and Bryan Snyder came along to handle the merchandise (not me, sillies!&amp;nbsp; The t-shirts!). We got lost trying to find the bar (all the cool places in L.A. are hard to find, I&apos;ve been told), but had plenty of time to use my iPhone to get back on track.
Of course we roll up and find out they are filming a commercial in the parking lot (Ah, L.A....), but we were able to unload and park right next to the venue. That&apos;s a pretty big deal for us! Seriously, I felt like a celebrity already!
The gig was a LOT of fun!&amp;nbsp; It&apos;s a covered patio, but was still really warm. The place itself had this kinda lush, dark red thing going on - so of course I LOVED it! Plus, they gave the band free PBR draft all night ;)
We weren&apos;t sure how the L.A. crowd would take our kind of music - Here we are from the &amp;quot;sticks&amp;quot; of North County San Diego singing vintage country, after all. But they really loved us! People were cheering and dancing and buying t-shirts! People were tripping out about how amazing Jeff is. We met one guy named Ziggy who said he had put our stickers all the way from Villains to Tony&apos;s!&amp;nbsp; I&apos;m not sure were Tony&apos;s is, but we were stoked. He also sent me this picture...
&amp;nbsp; Sorry that it&apos;s sideways, but can you see it&apos;s street art of Christian Bale?! With our sticker over his mouth?! So cool!

Well, we had an epic night! We hit the road home in our fabulous RV and I fell asleep almost instantly (yes, I&apos;m a dork - I know...). When we got back home it was FREEZING cold outside! I seriously had ice on my windshield!&amp;nbsp; I drove my car home from Kevin&apos;s house soooooooo fast!

We&apos;ll be back at Villain&apos;s on March 16, so I hope you can join us! No RV next time, but I&apos;m sure we&apos;ll have some good stories!

Until next time,

Susanna
